It has been instilled in us from the start that water is the essence of life and we at Leo taps and fittings take this as an opportunity to be able to serve back our community by providing high quality products to our customers.

As responsible stewards we take utmost responsibility for conserving mother nature by following the same principles while doing Research and Development and incorporating the same in our products. We always check the life of the product by continuously doing endurance test in our setup. The research team constantly work with the existing products and check how we can improve our designs for the betterment of the society.

While processing the product the manufacturing setup takes utmost care as each lot is checked for any manufacturing defect and ensure 100% evaluation at each stage of assembling the same.

We are a customer feedback-oriented team where each feedback is carefully evaluated and we do our best to improve in case of any challenges in the product. Our team constantly analyses’ and engages with the market so as to understand the customers perception of our products and take in valuable feedbacks. We ensure that all our customers conserve water effectively by properly educating all our plumbers on the right way to handle our products.Small DIY vedios are also created and shared on social media platforms so that our customers are more aware.

As taps and fittings are a part of everyday life and every durable product plays a crucial role in saving every drop of water. Around 4 Liters of water is wasted if there is a leak in a tap and LEO believes that it is our responsibility to create awareness and provide durable products for the love of mother earth and us being responsible citizen to the society believe that a leak free product is equivalent to saving every single drop of water.
